by O'Neil & Welischar was founded by two partners (Daniel
O'Neil and Albert Welischar), in Long Island's central Suffolk
County in the early 1980s. Since inception, the company has
grown from maintenance-oriented to a full-scope design/build
organization. Our work was featured in the March/April 2006,
July/August 2006 & September/October 2006 editions of

| Steady
sales growth allowed the company to move from rental office
space with storage yard to a permanent, multi-acre location
purchased in 1996. This property not only houses the office
staff and design department, but serves as masonry supply depot
to the construction division. All nursery stock grown on site
is utilized and installed by the landscaping division; none
goes to wholesale or retail sales. |

Much of our brick
& paver patio work is designed for installation around
residential swimming pools. We work closely with both vinyl
liner and gunite pool companies and several Swim King Projects
are included within this literature. All masonry and landscaping
were installed by Designs by O'Neil & Welischar.

| Our
client base is economically upscale seeking inclusion of a gazebo,
cabana or pool house within the project scope. |
| To
complement the basic hardscape and plantings, we also install
walkways, waterfalls & ponds, low voltage light scapes,
Bar-B-Ques, arbors & benches, and other specialty features
that can create a private vacation atmosphere for rear yard
family enjoyment. |
